In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on the hp788 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. hp788 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or wager.

• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) registered account on the hp788 platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). hp788 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify hp788 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All transactions on the hp788 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hp788 does not charge any transaction fees on the platform side; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own network or interchange fees, over which hp788 has no control.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits made via DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited to your account balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Deposits made via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI) are processed within 3 to 15 minutes during standard banking hours. hp788 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking system outages.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by hp788 between 09:00 and 23:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) seven days a week, including weekends. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. E-wallet withdrawals (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within 5 to 15 minutes during operating hours.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the hp788 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• hp788 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether full KYC was previously completed.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full.
• hp788 reserves the right to impose a withdrawal review period of up to 48 hours for large withdrawals or accounts that have triggered fraud or security alerts.
• During Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri and Nyepi), bank transfer settlement times may be extended. E-wallet channels remain available 24/7.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hp788 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any hp788 content without prior written consent.

hp788's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their hp788 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond hp788's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. hp788 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

hp788 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise prohibited purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• The player is found to be under the age of 21 or otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions.
• hp788 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a lawful order from a competent authority.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hp788 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hp788 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent hp788 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm to the platform or its players.

Players who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local regulatory restrictions. It is each player's responsibility to satisfy themselves that accessing and using hp788 is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence before registering an account.
